We are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage) on unsuitable items (with the exception of our face masks) returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us to arrange. When posting items back to us, please include all relevant paperwork to allow us to process your refund or exchange smoothly.
We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to cover you, should your items get lost along their way. Please note we do not cover the postage costs of your returns parcel. Finally please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.
Please understand returns on face masks will not be accepted due to health and safety reasons. If you are unhappy with your face mask for any reason please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org We would like to help you if we can. Please note we are unable to assist if a face mask does not fit the intended wearer. Our sizes are standard sizes used by most mask manufacturers in Australia and around the world. We have had requests for extra large face masks and are currently in discussions with our supplier.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, we will where possible arrange a replacement or refund. Please email us photos of any faults along with your proof of purchase. We will of course reimburse you for your return postage costs.
